3. EAT CHOCOLATE
This is possibly the truest hand-made, intricately crafted, artisan, dark chocolate experience out there, and we hope you enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy creating it for you.
What should come inside your package? An ingredient list, invoice, and your chocolate.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us right away.
We would never make you share your chocolate, "Get your own bar, sister!"
However, here at Much Love Chocolate, we do believe in the Law of Reciprocity and would hope that you do decide to break-off of some love for a friend.
That said, we do have a special ask of our loyal customers. We both put in loads of time to make this the highest quality, healthiest chocolate on the planet, and the ONLY way that a craft business like this is sustainable is with the support and personal testimony of YOU - our customers. Here's what you can do to help Much Love Chocolate carry on:
1. Tell your Friends to join the ChocoList
2. Force your friends to join the ChocoList (only do this if option 1 didn't work)
3. Post, Follow, Like, and Share on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) - tag @MuchLoveChocolate
4. Take photos or videos and send them directly to us to use on our social accounts - email@example.com
5. Send us a written testimonial that we can post on our website
6. Give us thoughtful, detailed criticism. Sometimes it can be hard to notice an issue or flaw or possible improvement when caught up in the day-to-day chaos of it all. You won't hurt our feelings. We want to be the best craft chocolate business that we can be. Be honest with us.
Ok! You're all set now. Keep an eye out for the next Batch Alert. Welcome to the family!

Orders must be in within 7 days of the initial Batch Alert email. This is an intimate list (at least it is as I type this), but it can still be overwhelming to process orders that come in late. If it is past the deadline, you may request an order, and we will fill it if we can, but no promises.
We are ONLY able to ship from OCTOBER to APRIL. After that, we can only distribute in-person or via relatively expensive freeze-dried containers. Unfortunately, chocolate melts in mild heat, and with only 2 basic ingredients -- none of which are artificial preservatives, we've opted to prioritize health, even though it hurts year-round business. So, stack your fridge when we have our "Hibernation Batch" in April.
EVENTS & COLLABORATIONS
We have hosted and collaborated on events from tastings to wine pairings to cooking workshops.
Prices vary based on event. Honestly, we're creative folks and are likely open to your ingenuity, so, bring your ideas forth my friend!
We usually get booked up several weeks in advance. Contact: email@example.com
We are currently open to giving-for-free and/or discounting chocolate for folks willing to be social spokespeople for our company. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
We stand by the quality of our product. We take special care in our process to get every bar right. If you're not satisfied with our chocolate, we will give you all of your money back, even if we don't want to ;)
BEAN-TO-BAR & SUSTAINABLE SOURCES
We are an aspiring bean-to-bar chocolate business. We've not been able to solidify funding for the proper equipment yet, but we have been in communication with several small farmers in Ecuador to start sourcing from! Yay! To be honest, the more you order, the more of a financial investment we are able to make in the company. In the meantime, it's worth noting that our ingredients are Organic and sourced from Healthworks, who claims to source from sustainable and small farmers, click here to see their website. Either way, we look forward to the day that we can personally go meet our cacao farmers. That's the only way we see fit, and we will be hard at work to make sure that we can get there sooner than later.
STATE TAX RATE (NC): 4.75% - Even though we don't add sugar or dairy in our products, the State of NC considers any form of chocolate a 'candy' and is therefore not eligible for the reduced grocery tax rate. Sorry!
